FIRST TASTE OF KITESURFING

Being a total beginner I had no idea what to expect from a kitesurfing holiday. The crew at RIHFLY were all very helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. My only gripe would be that most of the team spoke quite poor english. Because of this I didn't feel that I got the most value for money from my 10hrs kitesurfing lessons. The organisation of the lessons from the station manger was brilliant and very well executed. The spot itself was massive with plenty of beach and perfect flat water in the lagoon. The wind was strong for all of my 10 days there in May. I came as an all inclusive solo traveller and stayed in a shared room with a stranger who is now a friend. The room was perfectly adequate with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. In the evenings we watched the sunset with a beer or two at the chill out bar before heading into the main dinning room to feast on exquisite local cuisine. I can't wait to come back here one day and experience this lagoon now my skills have improved. more less
